• Friendly reception of passengers
• Recording and weighing passengers and baggage/goods
• Handling of freight and baggage (incl. dangerous goods)
• Passenger briefing
• Proper storage, preparation (cleaning, monitoring of inspection intervals, dispatch for inspection) and provision of the necessary protective equipment (PPE)
• Escorting passengers across the apron
• Keeping the passenger lists
• Support for ground operations personnel
• Keeping statistics

Your profile…

• Commercial, technical or industrial training
• Professional experience in a comparable position an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Well-groomed appearance
• Communicative personality with a strong character
