Under the motto <b>&#8220;Your path to success&#8221;<\/b>, the event was dedicated to the future of recruitment and offered us exciting insights into the latest<br>developments in the industry.   <\/p>\n<p><b>Day 1: Strategic insights and recommendations for action<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The theme days kicked off with an official welcome from GVP President <b>Christian Baumann<\/b> and <b>Jens Issel<\/b>, Head of Marketing and Member Interaction.<br>The exclusive <b>GVP study &#8220;Barometer<br>Recruitment 2024&#8243;<\/b> was presented to us right at the start. <b>J\u00fcrgen Grenz<\/b> from <b>index<br>Research<\/b> presented the results of this comprehensive 360-degree analysis and provided valuable recommendations for practical action.<\/p>\n<p><b>Expert knowledge in four panels: from basics to AI-supported automation<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The subsequent panels offered a wealth of<br>information and practical examples. We found them particularly interesting: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li><b>Basic recruitment panel:<\/b> <b>Marco Heimrich<\/b> (I.K. Hofmann)<br>explained the legal framework for recruitment and showed how we can best implement it.<\/li>\n<li><b>Panel PV Advanced:<\/b> <b>Simone Straub<\/b>, an experienced consultant, gave us valuable tips on how to become even more successful in recruitment.<\/li>\n<li><b>Recruiting panel:<\/b> <b>Volkmar Meyer<\/b> (Talentschuppen) highlighted the<br>differences between temporary staffing and recruitment &#8211; a decisive factor for us, as we are active in both areas.<\/li>\n<li><b>Panel Partner Days:<\/b> The possibilities of automation through <b>artificial intelligence (AI)<\/b> were vividly presented by <b>Denis Franz<\/b> (MONA AI).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the BarCamp format in the afternoon, we were able to contribute our own topics<br>and exchange ideas with colleagues from the industry. The first day ended with an atmospheric <b>get-together<\/b> with a view of the Port of Hamburg &#8211; a perfect opportunity to make contacts and expand our network. <\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><b>Day 2: Best practices and innovative approaches<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The second day of the event began with a presentation by <b>Sabine<br>Kluge<\/b> (Kluge+Konstorten GmbH), who introduced us to strategies for <b>overcoming the<br>shortage of skilled workers<\/b>. This was followed by a presentation of best practices<br>: <\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li><b>Dr. Max Hermann<\/b> explained how to build a successful<br>business model in the recruitment industry.<\/li>\n<li><b>Gerrit Ricker<\/b> and <b>Mareen Rohe<\/b> gave us an insight into the importance of aptitude diagnostics as a success factor.<\/li>\n<li><b>Svetoslav Stoyanov<\/b> from <b>Bullhorn GmbH<\/b> showed how AI can help us find the best talent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Clients, candidates and recruiters in dialog<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Another highlight was the discussion of the different<br>perspectives of <b>clients, candidates and recruiters<\/b>. This round<br>made it clear to us how important it is to understand the individual needs of all<br>parties involved in order to ensure successful placements in the long term at<br>. <\/p>\n<p>The final presentation by <b>Andrea Letsch<\/b> (TUI) on the topic of <b>&#8220;Do&#8217;s and Don&#8217;ts in customer contact&#8221;<\/b> provided us with valuable suggestions on how we can further optimize our communication with our customers.<\/p>\n<p><b>Our conclusion<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The Staffing &amp; Recruiting Theme Days <\/b>were a valuable opportunity for us to expand our specialist knowledge, learn about new<br>trends and develop practical solutions for our day-to-day work in <b>temporary employment<\/b> and <b>recruitment<\/b>.
